Telma Rafael is an experienced SAP professional with over 7 years of specialization in SAP licensing and contract negotiation.

Telma has helped many customers across multiple industries gain better understanding of their SAP environments and to get back control of their SAP spend.

In the past, Telma worked for SAP as an SAP Global License Auditor, obtaining an insider’s view of SAP contracts, licensing and processes.

Vic Petricka
Senior Presales Engineer, Snow Software

Vic Petricka is a Senior Enterprise Architect at Snow Software. He has over 20 years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, and delivery of software and services to a global customer base, with the past ten years focused on the hardware and software asset management space.

At Snow, he specializes in the SAP line of business, working with customers from various industry verticals. Prior to working in pre-sales and consulting, Vic worked in product development writing applications in multiple commercial languages including ABAP.

Sarah Rabett
Senior Product Marketing Manager, Snow Software

Sarah Rabett, Product Marketing Manager, joined Snow Software in 2018. She has many years’ experience in product marketing and program management, developing messaging, sales enablement plans and go-to-market strategies for the Enterprise Market.

Sarah works closely with Snow’s product and marketing teams to create compelling collateral and presentations to evangelize new and existing product offerings.

Matthew Scholes
Senior SAP Consultant, Snow Software

Matthew Schole is a senior SAP Basis consultant with 19 years of experience with SAP technology and software. He has supported large, critical SAP systems with globally distributed user bases.

In his previous role he managed a team of on-shore and off-shore Basis consultants. He has performed multiple implementations & upgrades. As well as Basis system administration he has a good working knowledge of SAP Security and Authorizations.

In his previous roles he has been responsible for the SAP licensing measurements and submissions.
